The explosion at West, Texas, was in the evening. Look at the light in the sky:

The Associated Press reported that the explosion was “just before 8 p.m.” Texas is in the Central timezone, but travelers know that the sun doesn’t set at the same time all over one timezone. So, just to be sure, I looked around.
